Why I built AusTeacher
“I was sick—why was I still using my recovery time, sometimes between dry heaves, to write TRT notes?”
Being sick should not mean sitting at a computer reconstructing your entire teaching day for somebody else. After more than 20 years as a classroom teacher and leader, I started saving the lessons and plans I knew a relief teacher could actually pick up and teach. With my background in IT and experience leading Digital and Design Technologies, I realised the platform I needed did not exist—so I began building it.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and planning passes reset on the renewal date. AusTeacher does not charge automatic usage overages.
School accounts — planned
School pricing will be based on the number of staff licences with a school-volume discount. It will open only after its permissions, privacy boundaries and admin experience have been tested properly.
Rate the plan after you use, print or open it. Report unclear instructions, timing, curriculum fit, resources, scaffolds, downloads or anything else that stopped the lesson working. Your report goes to AusTeacher support without student details.
Report a lesson problemSend a private refund or billing request straight to support. We review the account and what happened, then respond under the plan terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Never send card numbers through the form.
